Robert attended Public School #4 in Buffalo NY & later relocated to Washington DC where he attended Brookland Elementary, Taft Jr High School & later graduated from McKinley Tech High School.
Robert worked at Raleigh’s Warehouse in Northeast DC for a number of years, later Robert relocated to Northern Va (Fairfax) where he worked for Fairfax County Public Schools Transportation for many years & while doing so Robert opened & worked at the Specialty Store “Trader Joe’s” until he became disabled.

Robert was involved for many years in music, his specialty was percussions (drums) & vocals….
Robert was the drummer for Shadows from age 14, Robert was one of the original founders of the Shadows Band & Show
Robert played at Weddings on the weekends & worked with many well known artist throughout the Washington Metropolitan Area.
Robert is survived by his mother Mary Wiggins of Fairfax, Va - Debra White Mul key (sister) of Manassas, Va-Allan C Wiggins Jr (brother) of Fairfax, Va – Gerry Wiggins (brother) & Tammy Wiggins of Fairfax, Va – Tanya A Truesdale (sister) & Edward Truesdale Sr of Bowie, Md
Twyla Stribling (Significant other) of Fairfax, Va . #1 Aunt = Euinice Ledford of Clarksville, Tenn, #1 Uncle = George Pettus of Clarksville, Tenn. Robert leaves a host of nieces & nephews as well as a host of great nieces & nephews.
