I'm shocked to hear the news of the passing of this great lady.   Mimi and I were dear friends, we had our disagreements over the years but we always patched them up.   She was an icon in the singles community.   Many people are great but few are unforgettable.   Mimi was one of those people.

So sorry for your loss, I have known Mimi for almost 17 years and she was my best friend and we talked almost 2 to 3 times a week. I had attended her parties and dances all these years and I will always remember the kindness that she extended to me.  I will miss her very much.

I just heard the news today. My deepest condolences to the entire family. I left Mimi a message about a month ago and when I never heard back, I was worried that something happened. Mimi introduced me to the love of my life and her memory will always be a part of our lives. She will be missed by many.
