Born in Fall River, a daughter of the late Manuel P. Farias and the late Lorraine M. (Gauthier) Barre, she a lifelong area resident. At the time of her passing, she was living in a Swansea Residence, supported and loved by her HMEA staff, along with her housemates. She was a longtime participant of CCI Day Program on N. Main St. in Fall River and made many friends there.
Patricia was huge Elvis fan, enjoyed arts & crafts, western shows and movies, especially "Walker Texas Ranger" and "Little House on the Prairie". A cat lover, she was also delighted in going to Atlas Pizza, her favorite local diner. She also frequented Foxwood's Casino on many vacations.
She is survived by many friends and chosen family, especially Ken C., HMEA Manager and Jacqueline her longtime guardian. She will be truly missed.
Her Graveside Service will be held on Thursday, November 17, 2022 at 10am in Notre Dame Cemetery, 1540 Stafford Rd., Fall River. Contributions in her honor may be made to Forever Paws, 300 Lynwood St., Fall River, MA 02721.
