Pamela J. (Wilding) Duarte, "Pam," age 77, passed away peacefully on Thursday, December 14th, 2023 at Brookdale Sakonnet Bay Manor in Tiverton, Rhode Island. She was the loving widow of Donald Duarte, her husband of 44 years. She was born in Somerset, Massachusetts where she lived most of her life until she retired to Ft Myers, Florida. She was the daughter of the late Frederick Wilding and Marion (Stone) Wilding.
Pamela was a graduate of Salve Regina College, Newport, Rhode Island. She taught at the Watson School in Fall River, Massachusetts for most of her career. Pam enjoyed traveling, playing cards, going to the casino, having margaritas and shopping.
A memorial service will be held on December 28, 2023 at 10:30 AM at Waring-Sullivan Funeral Home at Cherry Place, 178 Winter Street, Fall River. Relatives and friends are invited. She will be inurned in Cape Coral, Florida with her late husband Don. Don and Pam were lovers of animals especially their two cats Penny and Muffy.
