He was born on February 22,1979 in Laredo, Texas to Juan Jose Perez and Micaela Ramirez Perez.
Waiting for him in heaven with open arms where his maternal grandparents Rodolfo “Cuate” Ramirez and Bernardina Salazar Ramirez and paternal grandparents Miguel Perez and Josefa Lopez.
Israel leaves behind many fond memories that will be treasured by his wife, Irene G. Perez; children, Ivan Perez, Gerardo Perez, Ilias Perez and Gabriella Perez; parents, Juan and Micaela Perez; brothers, Juan Jose (Erica) Perez Jr., all of Hebbronville and Ismael (Adelaida) Perez of Austin; special aunt Leticia Ramirez of Corpus Christi; numerous nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and cousins.
Pallbearers will be Orlando Garza Jr., Jorge Garza Jr., Cleofas Ramirez Jr., Carlos Jaime Alaniz Jr., Lauro Garcia and Gilbert Garza.
Honorary pallbearer will be his aunt Leticia Ramirez.
Visitation will be begin at 8:30 a.m. on Monday, October 4, 2021 at the Funeraria Del Angel Howard-Williams in Hebbronville with a Rosary being prayed at 9:30 a.m. Funeral Mass will follow 11:00 a.m. at Our Lady Of Guadalupe Catholic Church in Hebbronville. Burial will be at the New Hebbronville Cemetery.
As per Perez family face mask will be required.
