Our Beloved mother, Guadalupe L. Rodriguez, entered into enteral rest on Friday, October 15, 2021 at a nursing home in Hebbronville, Texas at the age of 87. She was born on June 4, 1934 to Regino Lopez and Julia Lopez in Webb County, Texas.
She is preceded in death by her parents; husband, Pedro Rodolfo Rodriguez; siblings, Nicolas, Manuel, Anastacio, Jesus, Preciliano, Margarito and Maria Lopez and Aurora Benavides and granddaughter, Lora Marie Jackson.
Guadalupe leaves behind many fond memories that will be cherished by her children, San Juanita Rodriguez of Mirando City, Texas, Domingo (Laura) Rodriguez of San Antonio, Texas, Jorge (Alma) Rodriguez of Mirando City, Oscar (Monica) Rodriguez of Oilton, Texas, Noemi Jackson of Mirando City and Rodolfo (Claudine) Rodriguez of Laredo, Texas; sister-in-law, Maria Ana Rodriguez of Mirando City; 11 grandchildren; 11 great-grandchildren; numerous nieces, nephews and extended family.
Pallbearers will be Domingo Rodriguez, Arturo Valadez, Justin Ortiz, Allen Jackson, Alejandro Rodriguez, Pedro Rodolfo Rodriguez, III, Michael Ortega and Alfredo Pena, Jr.
Visitation will be begin at 8:30 a.m. on Friday, October 22, 2021 at the Funeraria Del Angel Howard-Williams in Hebbronville with a Rosary to be prayed at 9:30 a.m. Funeral Mass will follow at 11:30 a.m. at St. Agnes Catholic Church in Mirando City. Services will conclude with Burial at the Magnolia Cemetery in Mirando City.
