Evelyn Rose Bracksieck

Evelyn Rose Bracksieck, age 66, of Premont, Texas passed away on Thursday, November 28, 2024 at a hospital in Corpus Christi, Texas. She was born on November 25, 1958 to Ernest Brown and Lillian Grossman Brown in Stayton, Oregon and grew up in Portland, Oregon. Evelyn attended college for where she studied to be a paralegal. She enjoyed playing pool, and was really good at it, and games of "Chalupa".

Evelyn was preceded in death by her parents, Ernest and Lillian Brown; her brothers, Dennis James Brown and Charles Brown and her sister, Elizabeth Brown.

She is survived by her son, John E. Brown (Michele Barrera Brown) of Premont, Texas; brother, Ernest Brown, Jr. of Allen, Oklahoma; sisters, Barbara Davison of Albany, Oregon and Mary Brown of Los Angeles, California; one niece; one nephew and many extended family members.

A Visitation for Evelyn will be held Monday, December 9, 2024 from 10:00 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. at Funeraria Del Angel Howard-Williams in Falfurrias with a Graveside Service to follow at 11:00 a.m. at the Premont Cemetery in Premont, Texas.
