Bernardo Perez Sr.

He was an Air force Veteran of the Korean War and a Yard foreman for a company that built heating units for chemical plants before his retirement. Bernardo was preceded in death by his parents, a daughter Melissa Irene Perez and a brother Severiano (Alicia) Perez. He is survived by his wife Rosa A. Perez of Houston, two sons Joe (Laura) Perez of Kingsville, Bernardo (T.J.) Perez of Houston, two daughters Frances (Art) Clayton of Houston and Marta (H.Wintson) Perez of Houston. Brothers Adrian (Carmen) Perez and Adan (Estela) Perez both of Hebbronville; sisters Eva (Jesus) Hernandez and Minerva (Miguel) Pena of Corpus Christi. Also surviving are nineteen grandchildren and forty two great grandchildren.

Rosary will be prayed at 7 pm Sunday, February 13, 2011 at Funeraria Del Angel Howard-Williams, Hebbronville

Funeral Mass will be celebrated at 10 am Monday, February 14, 2011 at Our Lady of Guadalupe Catholic Church.

Interment will follow at the New Hebbronville Cemetery.
