Kathleen Ann Hahn (Long) passed away peacefully on October 30th, surrounded by her loving family. Kathy was the beloved wife of Ronald Hahn for 54 years, a cherished mother to Eric (Nicole) and Mark (Astra), and a devoted grandmother to Scout, Brody, and Anderson, who were the light of her life, a loving sister and aunt to many.
Born in Altoona, Pennsylvania, and raised in Denville, New Jersey, Kathleen dedicated her life to caring for others. She graduated from Helene Fuld Nursing School in Trenton, New Jersey, and built a fulfilling career as a nurse. Her passion for helping others extended beyond her work, as her warmth and compassion touched the lives of all who knew her. Kathleen’s life was a tapestry of shared laughter, heartfelt conversations, and treasured memories with family and friends.
Kathleen had a zest for life. She was a talented cook, an enthusiastic golfer, and a spirited traveler, who also enjoyed the occasional visit to a casino. Her kindness, unwavering support, and vibrant spirit made her a dear friend to many, and she will be deeply missed by all who had the privilege of knowing her.
A gathering to honor Kathleen’s life will be held on November 15th at the Corrigan Craciun Funeral Home at 20820 Lorain Rd., Fairview Park, Ohio 44126. The family will be receiving friends and family from 11 a.m. to 12 p.m., followed by a service at 12 p.m.
