Carol Manning Harrison

C A R O L HARRISON (nee Manning), passed away Nov. 25, 2010. Dearly beloved wife of Thomas A. Harrison, whom she married at St. Aloysius Church in 1948. Together they raised eight devoted children, while Carol was active in St. Rose Parish Church and school activities. Loving mother of Carol Panek (Carl), Thomas (Linda), Peggy, James, Katherine Prebish (Richard), Joseph (Betsy), Elizabeth Werner (Stephen) and Daniel (Sheila). Devoted grandmother of 20. Loving great-grandmother of eight. Preceded in death by three brothers, survived by siblings, Jean Lillie and Edward Manning. Member of St. Angela Merici Catholic Church. Active member of Christ Child Society since 1982. 1947 graduate of St. Vincent Charity Hospital School of Nursing. She enjoyed working as a registered nurse prior to the birth of her first child in 1949. Mass of Christian Burial Monday, Nov. 29 at St. Angela Merici Church, 20970 Lorain Rd. at 10 a.m. Interment Holy Cross Cemetery. Family will receive friends in THE CORRIGAN CRACIUN FUNERAL HOME, 20820 LORAIN RD., FAIRVIEW PARK SUNDAY 2-4 AND 7-9 P.M.
