Elsie Marjorie Johnson

Elsie was a loving mother, grandmother, great grandmother and great-great grandmother. Her most precious memories were time spent with her family. She was a jewel to all who knew and loved her, and will be truly missed.

Preceding her in death were her loving husband of 59 years, Harry E. Johnson; her parents Henry and Hazel Lange, nee Steele, her sister Dorothy Wright, and her brother Lester Lange.

Surviving to cherish her memory are her loving children; Marshall (Linda) Johnson, of Terrell, Texas, Michael Johnson Sr, of Granite City, Illinois, Sherry (John) Patrick, of Perryville, Missouri and Debra Westfall, of Collinsville, Illinois; her grandchildren, Marshall E. (Christy) Johnson, Marcella (David) Williams, Todd R. Johnson, Dawn Groff, Jeff Young, Christopher Wells, Michael Johnson Jr, Joseph Kestermont Sr, Shawn Graves, Jeremy Johnson, Thomas Patrick, Wendy (Scott) Golden, Dana McLennan, Cassandra (Mike) Westfall-Lemp, and Bryan Westfall; her great grandchildren, Emily (Zachary) Bryant, Adrien, Tayce, Audrey, Emma, Jacob, Alexander, Andrew, Joseph Jr, Lucas, Dylan, Hanna, Dustin, Alyssa, Calie, Taylor, Johnathan, Josephine, Gabriel, Savanna, Ellerie, and Isabel; her great-great grandchildren, Elaina, Ella, and Braydon; her brother-in-law Kenneth (Jannette) Johnson, and numerous nieces, nephews, dear relatives and friends

Friends may call from 12 Noon to 2:00pm Sunday, October 23, 2016 at Lake View Funeral Home, in Fairview Heights, Illinois.

Funeral Service: Funeral Services will be held immediately following the visitation at 2:00pm at Lake View. Entombment will take place in Lake View Memorial Gardens Cemetery. Family and friends will be gathering after services to share a meal and fellowship at the VFW Post 805 on 223 W. 1st Street, in O'Fallon, Illinois.
