Mrs. Norma Wood, age 87, of Fairfax, VA, passed away Friday, December 13, 2024, at her residence with her son Mitchell. She was born May 05, 1937, in Washington, D.C, where she grew up. She was the middle daughter of three of the late Camilo Fernandez and Louise Marie Zigmont.
Norma had outlived her husband William Wood, who passed away in 2014. They had been married 56 years. They had two sons, Mitchell and Kenneth.
She enjoyed sewing, travel, arts and crafts and spending time with her granddaughter Victoria.
Norma is survived by her two sisters, Dolores (Dee) and Carmen and their children and grandchildren. She also leaves many other family members and friends who will sadly miss her.
