Dana Lynne Hack, 65, of Fairdale, Ky passed away peacefully at home on Monday June 3, 2024. She was born November 26, 1958. Dana was a loving wife, mother, and grandmother. She retired from being an insurance adjuster and devoted her life to spending time with the ones she loved most, her family. She enjoyed making many memories with her family and spending her days with her sweet dog Sadie. Dana touched the lives of many people and will truly be missed. She is preceded in death by her mother, Patsy Byerly and great granddaughter, Tallulah Perkins. She leaves to cherish her memory her husband of 49 years, Kenneth Hack;Her Father, Jerry Byerly (Jo); her oldest Daughter, Jennifer Hardin (Scott) and her children, Kaylynne, Kathryn and great granddaughter, Vayda Daley; her Son, Chad Hack(Amy) and his children, Austin, Anthony, Andrew; and her youngest daughter, Kimberly Wulf (Cory) and her children, Brayden and Emma; her brother, Terry Byerly (Pam); her sister, Tammy Byerly - Powell. A Celebration of her life will be held on Sunday June 9, 2024 from 1 - 5pm with a Memorial Service starting at 4pm at St. Teresa of Calcutta formally St. Jerome, 903 Fairdale Road Fairdale, Ky 40118 Fairdale – McDaniel Funeral Home has been entrusted to handle the arrangements for the Hack Family.
