Rita Chmielewski

CHMIELEWSKI, Rita 89 of Fairborn passed away peacefully, Thursday, December 27, 2018. Rita was preceded in death by her beloved husband of 70 years, Henry Chmielewski in 2015, her parents Michael and Cecylia (Jablonski) Grzechowiak, brother Richie Grzechowiak. She leaves to cherish her memory four daughters Chris (John) Hanlon of CO, Irene (Randy) Lykins of Beavercreek, Wanda (Dave) Deardurff of Dayton, Mary Hurst of VA; two sons Don (Bev) Chmielewski of TN, Henry Chmielewski Jr. of Fairborn, 14 grandchildren and 19 great-grandchildren; sister MaryAnn Grzechowiak of Toledo, several nieces and nephews. Rita was a longtime member and volunteer at Mary Help of Christians Catholic Church. There will be a Gathering of Family and Friends at MARY HELP OF CHRISTIANS CATHOLIC CHURCH, 954 North Maple Avenue, Fairborn, Ohio 45324, Thursday, January 3, 2019 starting at 10:00 am, followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 11:00 am with Rev.
