Flora Maria Romero

Flora Maria Romero (Rosado) entered the gates of heaven on Saturday, January 7th, 2012 in Roseville, California with her family by her side. She is now resting peacfully alongside her husband, Ramon Romero, who she greatly missed and longed for. She is preceded in death by her infant son, Jose Ramon and her loving husband, Ramon Romero. She is survived by her children, Luis Romero (Dorothy), Joe Romero (Theresa), Ivan Romero (Eva), Norma Speer (Marty), Betty Romero and Miriam Meza (Tony). She was blessed with 21 grandchildren, 35 great-grandchildren and 3 great-great granchildren and sister, Lydia Rivera.

She was born in Juneie, Puerto Rico to Jose Rosado and Braula Rosado Rivera. Flora lived most of her life in San Jose, Ca. and later moved to Roseville, CA. She was a dedicated christian, a devoted wife, and a loving mother, grandmother and great-grandmother. She lived her life for her family and the Lord. She will be greatly missed by all her knew her. Her family finds comfort in knowing she is reunited with the love of her life and that they both are rejoicing in the presence of Our Father, Jesus Christ.

Services will be held at Mount Vernon Park and Mortuary, 8201 Greenback Ln, Fair Oaks, CA on Friday, January 13th at noon in the Chapel of the Valley, with the burial immediatly following. Family is welcome to arrive at 11am to say their final farewell, prior to the service. All are welcome to Bayside Church, 10020 Foothills Blvd. in Roseville after the services for comfort in the presence of her loved ones.
