Cher Uhlman-Elliott

On September 28, 2011 we sent our dear loved one home to God. Cher was born on August 11, 1983 to Charles (Steve) Uhlman and Alma (Sissy) Feitelberg in Sacramento, California. She was married to Danny Elliott II and together they had a son Gage Steven Elliott.

Cher was preceded in death by her Grandmothers Dorothy Albin & Jane Cecconello. Her surviving family includes; husband Danny Elliott II and son Gage Steven Elliott, father Steve Uhlman, mother Sissy Feitelberg, brothers Chad Uhlman, Deric Counter & Jeremy Counter along with numerous uncles, aunts, and cousins.

Our hearts are broken at the loss of Cher. She is irreplaceable and was the spark of the family, holding those she loved near to her heart. So proud she was of her son Gage as she watched him growing and learning each day. We can’t understand why this tragedy came but we have to believe that God needed her more than we.

Visitation will be Friday October 7, 2011 between 4:00 PM and 7:00 PM at Mt. Vernon Mortuary.

To honor our loved one we will be having services at St. Andrews United Methodist Church 6201 Spruce Avenue, Sacramento, CA on Saturday October 8, 2011 at 1:00 PM with burial immediately following at Mt. Vernon Mortuary 8201 Greenback Lane, Fair Oaks, CA. Reception and Celebration of Life will be at Cher’s Aunt Marlene’s and Uncle Bob’s house in Sacramento, CA.

In lieu of flowers the family requests that donations be made in Cher’s name to either the National Breast Cancer Foundation or Alzheimer’s Association. These donations can be made through Mt. Vernon Mortuary.
