Nancy Ann Scott

Nancy Ann (Walery) Scott, 58, went to be with our Lord January 30, 2020. Nancy was born October 4, 1961 in Everett, WA to Robert and Betty Walery. She was a life long resident of Everett and also lived in Stanwood where she worked as a playground teacher at Stanwood Elementary.

She is survived by her sister, Julie Locke (Susan, Jordan); her brother, Richard Walery (Eric, Terese), and her niece Becky, (Christen, Jacob, Jared) and her daughter, Michelle. She is preceded in death by sister Susan and brother Robert "Tom".

Nancy enjoyed life and played the violin most of her life. She was very caring and almost always knew what to say at the right time. She always had an encouraging word and could uplift anyone that was around her. She was funny and always had quick wit and jokes to share to spread laughter, even during challenging times. Her smile brightened up each room she entered and captivated every audience. Our "Fancy Nancy" will be deeply missed and remembered always.

The Celebration of Life will be February 11, at 1 p.m. with viewing one hour prior at Evergreen Funeral Home, 4504 Broadway Everett, WA 98290 along with the Burial Service at Cypress Lawn Cemetery at 2 p.m. Please come celebrate her life with us.
