JoAnne Coupe Owen

1933-2010

After a thirteen year battle with cancer, JoAnne passed away November 4, 2010 with her husband Raymond at her side. She was born to Herbert and Ruth Coupe on June 21, 1933 and was raised in Seattle. She was a proud graduate of Queen Anne High School class of '51. She married the love of her life Ray Owen on December 5, 1953 and would have celebrated their 57th wedding anniversary next month.

JoAnne was a dedicated, well respected employee of the Everett School District fro 25 years. Her many interests including spending time with her family and friends. She especially loved the years spent at her family beach home on Whibey Island.

She is survived by her husband Raymond, her two daughters Raeleen (Kevin) Tillett, Joleen (John) Hart; 5 grandchildren Erin (Dan) Rich, Amy (Matt) Santeford, Owen Tillett, Justin tillett and Sarah Davis. she will be especially missed by her 3 great-grandchildren; Madisen and Tanner Rich and Allison Santeford, her brother Tom (Mary) Coupe, numerous nieces and nephew, family and friends.

A memorial service will held at Our Savior's Lutheran Church, 215 Mukilteo Blvd. In Everett on Saturday, November 13th at 4:00 p.m. Reception to follow.
