 Obituario de Terry Lewis Doyle
Terry Lewis Doyle, 63, of Evansville, IN, passed away Friday, May 3, 2019. He was born February 25, 1956, to Lewis Eugene Doyle and Sue Ann Lents of Washington, IN. Terry joined the Air Force and gained his radiological background while serving. He most recently applied those skills to the Stanford Cancer Center, where he was the Clinical Operations Manager for Neurology/Urology/Thoracic Oncology. He was a wonderful father and took pride in his children’s accomplishments but most of all for the way they treated others. Terry adored his parents and still turned to his father for advice. He is survived by his loving wife of 39 years, Maria (Williams) Doyle; daughter, Audra Millwee (Matt), a middle school resource teacher, of Ft. Worth, TX; a son, Ian Doyle, a front end developer, of Atlanta, GA; grandchildren, Natalie and Justin Millwee, of Ft. Worth, TX; sisters, Loriann and Karen, Washington, IN; brother, Randy, Washington, IN; and his mother-in-law, Mary (Tevebaugh) Williams (the late John Robert Williams), Washington, IN. Terry was diagnosed at Stanford, with Glioblastoma, over three years ago. His family and friends took pride in the way he lived with the disease. He still took enormous joy from life. The family would like to thank: Dr. Jerome Mersberger and his PIM staff, our dear friends. YMCA Thrivers Group for their support and loving friendships. David Doyle, Cupertino, CA, his cousin and best friend, whose support and loyalty was beautiful. Laura Williams Buchanan, David Buchanan and John Buchanan for your love, friendship and support. Shaun and Katy Frost, San Jose, CA, for your generous friendships. Jack O’Malley, Sunnyvale, CA, for your unwavering friendship. Andrea Plati, Spotsylvania, VA, your loyal friendship. The Maui Man Group who made the trip to Indiana when Terry couldn’t make the trip to Hawaii this year. Thank you Loriann Steiner for your visits. Terry was gifted with three years to spend time with those closest to him and to have final goodbyes. A private destination for his ashes ceremony will take place in the future. Prayer and masses in his name are very much appreciated. Cancer donations or a kind act in his name would be beautiful.
