Bob graduated from Bosse High School. He worked as a custodian for the University of Evansville. Bob liked to travel, and go on bus tours. Two bus trips he especially enjoyed were to the Biltmore Estate, and to Niagara Falls.
Bob was a member of Christ Church United Church of Christ on Washington Ave. in Evansville. He liked to sing, and was in the choir at Christ Church and at The Good Samaritan Home. Bob relished in a good joke, and had an infectious laugh.
He is survived by his sister-in-law, Rebecca Rauscher; niece, Kelly Jo Watson; and good friends at church, including Bob Bock and Rev. Michael Erwin.
A Celebration of Life service will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Tuesday, February 13, 2024 at Park Lawn Cemetery Mausoleum Chapel, 1526 S. Green River Road, Evansville, IN, and officiated by Pastor Bob Walker.
