Rhiannon Smith Flener, 29, of Evansville, IN passed away December 21, 2018. She was preceded in death by her father, Robert Smith. Rhiannon is survived by her husband, Terrell; children, Kharma, Addasyn, Elena, and Alexia Flener; mother, Rebecca Elliot; sisters, Megan and Andrea Smith.
