Nancy K. Augustine

Nancy K. Augustine, 64, of Evansville, passed away Friday, August 12, 2011, VNA Charlier Hospice Center. Nancy enjoyed teaching for 29 years. She was preceded in death by parents, Charles and Norma Madden. Surviving are daughter, Lynn “Lindy” Augustine, son, Chad Augustine; brother, Charles Madden; grandson, Alexander Augustine; niece, Kellie Epley, and cousins, Mary Ann Decker and Kim Fromm. There will be no funeral service. Memorial contributions may be made to the American Diabetes Association.
