He enjoyed working at the Evansville Association for the Blind. He loved to bowl, play cards (especially UNO), and work on word search puzzles. He had several nieces and nephews whom he loved very much.
Mark was preceded in death by his parents, Earl and Betty L. (Shirk) Stein.
He is survived by his wife of seven years, Pamela Stein; brother, David (Barbara) Stein; nieces, Leah (Harold) Cunningham and Elizabeth Stein; nephew, Andrew (Kristen) Stein; and five great-nieces and great-nephews.
Funeral services will be held 4:00 PM Thursday, June 18, 2015, at Alexander West Chapel, 2100 W. Illinois St., Evansville, IN 47712, officiated by Rev. Don Moore, with entombment in Alexander Memorial Park. Friends may visit Thursday from 1:00 PM until service time at the funeral home.
