Helen E. Cook

Helen Elizabeth (Hanisch) Cook, 71, of Evansville, IN, passed away, Tuesday, July 27, 2021 at River Pointe Health Campus. She was born November 13, 1949 in Princeton, IN, to Fred and Mary (Baun) Hanisch. She retired from Old National Bank as Vice President after serving for 43 years. Helen was a loving and devoted wife for 52 years and was her husband’s angel on earth. She was a member of Holy Rosary Catholic Church. Helen is survived by her husband of 52 years, Terry L. Cook; brother, Paul Hanisch; sister, Mary Pate; step-daughter, Teresa Jackson (Joe); and nieces, Mary Jane Morgan and Susan Bennett. Per Helen’s wishes, no services will be held.
