Ethan Andrew Johnson, 12, of Evansville, passed away Monday, October 29, 2012, at Deaconess Hospital. He was born November 17, 1999, in Evansville. He was preceded in death by his grandfather, Ray Carver; and aunt, Elizabeth A. Johnson. Ethan is survived by his parents, Eric A. and Sandy (Carver) Johnson; sisters, Emily A. Johnson Smith and Elissa Johnson; brother, Evan A. Johnson; grandmothers, Linda Ross and Brenda Carver; grandfather, Gary L. Johnson; great-grandmother, Helen Schmidt; aunt, Natasha Johnson; and uncle, James Carver. Services will be 5:00 PM Thursday, November 1, 2012, at Alexander East Chapel, officiated by Rev.
