Ernie was a retired Police Officer and member of the FOP.
When Ernie was a child he was never beaten in bicycle racing at Garvin’s Park.
He loved going to the horse races and watching ballgames.
He is survived by his sons, Stan Duncan and Ernest Duncan (Sheila) both of Evansville; ten grandchildren; five great-grandchildren; brother, Morris Duncan; and nephew, Steve Duncan.
Services will be held at 2:00 PM Wednesday, March 21, 2012 at Alexander Memorial Park Chapel. Friends may visit from noon until service time.
