Debra loved to sew, cook and play bingo. She was a very dedicated wife, mother and grandmother. She was also a very devoted caregiver to her father, whom she loved dearly.
She was preceded in death by her mother, Geraldine Bigs; and brother, Gary Halterman.
Debra is survived by her husband, William Brown; children: daughter, Dawn Austin, and sons, Jody Becker and William Brown (Lindsey); daughters Samantha Hillard and Amanda Duncan; grandchildren, Tabatha, Nathan, Destiney, Savannah, Tearnery, Brittaney, Sara, Hannah, Clover, Ford, Jacob, Isaiah, Jesse, and Abbigale; 13 great grandchildren; brothers, Jeff and Mike Halterman and father, James Halterman.
Visitation will be held from 10:00 a.m. until 1:00 p.m. on Monday, February 15, 2021 at Alexander West Chapel, with burial in Sunset Memorial Park.
