She was most currently employed at Rescare Homecare. She was very caring and had a gentle heart, and was a devoted mother and daughter. Her life was devoted to helping others. She considered herself a psychic, and she was always available for those in need.
Deborah is survived by her son, Christopher Holloway and best friend, Rachel Kunze, and grandson, Skyler Holloway; sons, Anthony Shackelford and Arron Shackelford; daughter, Yashavani Balasubramanian; mother, Rose Cavins; father, Donald Cavins and step-mother, Pat Cavins; sisters, Cathy Blakley, and Mary (Christopher) Dean; brothers, Donald Cavins II, Jason (Crystal) Cavins and Paul (Allison) Cavins; and many nieces and nephews.
Services will be 2:00 PM Friday, May 30, 2014, at Alexander East Chapel, officiated by Rev. Bernie Etienne. Friends may visit Friday from 1:00 PM until service time at the funeral home.
