David M. DeLong

David M. DeLong, 63, of Evansville, passed away Tuesday, December 2, 2014, at Deaconess Hospital. He was born November 6, 1951, in Evansville, to Virginia (Warford) and the late Joseph J. DeLong. He worked as a technician operator at Berry Plastics. He was a member of Helfrich Men’s Club and was an avid golfer. David was preceded in death by his brother, Chris, in January. He is survived by his sons, Doug and Jared DeLong; mother, Virginia DeLong; sister, Nancy (Mike) Mills; nephew and nieces; great-nephews and niece; and many, many friends. Friends may visit Friday, December 5, 2014, from 4:00 to 8:00 PM at Alexander West Chapel. No services will be held. Memorial contributions may be made to the Helfrich Men’s Club.
