A rosary and mass for Manuel will be held Friday, February 17, 2023 from 11:30 AM to 1:00 PM at St Stephen's Catholic Church, 31020 Cole Grade Rd, Valley Center, California 92082. A graveside service will occur Saturday, February 18, 2023 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at Green Hills Memorial, 27501 S Western Ave, Rancho Palos Verdes, California 90275.
