Jerry J Flack, age 81, of Encinitas, California passed away on Sunday, July 24, 2022. Jerry was born September 13, 1940.
A memorial service for Jerry will be held Saturday, September 10, 2022 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at El Camino Memorial - Encinitas, 340 Melrose Ave, Encinitas, CA 92024.
