Tom enjoyed cooking, gardening, fishing and helping neighbors in the community with home improvements and home related repairs. Tom also enjoyed making custom wreaths that he sold and donated the proceeds to the Manatee County “no kill” Animal Shelter. He was well known for his gracious nature and his willingness to help others.
His survivors include his fiancé, Joanne Smith; siblings, Patricia Williams, Peggy Thomas and husband Michael, Christopher Manley and wife Charlotte; nieces, Cheyanne Manley and Ashley Bassich; nephew, Bradley Williams; and pet cats, Curly Cue and Kitty Kitty.
A private funeral service will be held at the convenience of the family.
