A reception will occur Thursday, December 9, 2021 at 4:00 PM at Home of LaNette SuPrise & Phillip Crumpacker, 6203 34th PL E, Palmetto, FL 34221. A visitation will occur Thursday, December 9, 2021 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM, 1400 36th Ave East, Ellenton, FL 34222.
