James Larry Garman, age 66, of New Windsor, Maryland, suddenly passed away on Saturday, December 21, 2024.
Larry is survived by his Devoted Wife, Holly Irene Garman; Loving Children, Jason Conrad Chatham and Julie; Amanda Irene Heilig and Rob; Siblings, Earl Garman, Suzanne Gattuso, Virginia Major, and Darlene MacDonald; Cherished Grandchildren, Steven and Hunter Chatham, and Scarlett and Tommy Heilig; and many nieces and nephews.
Larry was predeceased by his parents, Ivan and Mildred Garman, and brother, Charles Garman.
Larry was a talented carpenter with a passion for woodworking. He took pride in building his own home, a shining example of his skills and dedication. A true jack of all trades, Larry enjoyed tinkering and was always ready to tackle any project with enthusiasm and ingenuity.
Known for his generous spirit, Larry never hesitated to lend a helping hand. He found joy in supporting others and believed deeply in the power of family and friends. His selflessness extended to his commitment as an American Red Cross donor, where he proudly achieved the lifetime maximum donation milestone.
In lieu of flowers, donations in Larry's memory can be made to the American Red Cross.
A visitation will be held for Larry on Friday, December 27, 2024, from 10:30 AM to 12:00 PM, with a Celebration of Life Service to immediately follow at 12:00 PM, located at Gary L. Kaufman Funeral Home at MMP, Inc., 7250 Washington Blvd, Elkridge, MD 21075. Interment Meadowridge Memorial Park.
