On May 16, 2022, Elmer Leroy Grace, formally of Delmar, MD, passed away at the age of 95. Elmer was beloved husband of the late Bessye C. Grace and the devoted father of Deborah Jackson (the late John) of Granbury, TX, Sharon Grace of Severn, MD, Bonita Wolfe (James) of Coconut Creek, FL and the late Ronald Grace; loving grandfather of Lyle Jackson, April Dugan, Nicole Duncan, John Jackson, III, Crystal Wolfe and the late Melanie Dunn; cherished great-grandfather of Savannah Kapplin, Jade and Cody Jackson, Riquelme “Ricky” Rios, Aiden Dugan, Ben Dunn and Grace Dugan. Long time companion of Patricia Gunther and grandchildren Angeleah and John Brusio, and Hannah Park. Elmer was a WWII veteran and belonged to VFW 327 in Lansdowne, MD and became a commander 1991.
Family and friends are invited to gather at Gary L. Kaufman Funeral Home at Meadowridge Memorial Park, Inc. 7250 Washington Blvd., Elkridge, Maryland 21075 (Exit 6 South off Route 100) on Sunday, May 22, 2022 from 2:00 – 4:00pm and 7:00 – 9:00pm where a Celebration of Life Service will be held on Monday, May 23, 2022 at 12:00pm. Interment Meadowridge Memorial Park.
