He was a member and Deacon at Gilead Baptist Church and was also an Air Force Veteran. He retired from Dow Corning as a Maintenance Mechanic.
Buddy lived almost all of his life in his much loved hometown of Glendale. His mother brought him into the world in the very room he slept in every night for the last 30 years. He always had a joke, some better than others, and a funny story to tell. He loved his family, his Church, his farm, his friends, Harley Davidson motorcycles, and fishing. He will be so greatly missed.
Buddy is survived by his daughter, Shelly Loyall (Michael); grandsons, Steven Loyall and Kevin Loyall; sister, Dianne Ricketts (Ken); nieces, Alisa Palacios (Marty) and Andrea Bray; nephews, Todd Perkins (Tammy), Chad Ricketts (Kari), Eric Ricketts (Shelley), and Christian Bray (Laura); brother in law, Larry Perkins; and faithful friend, Fran Hodges.
He was preceded in passing by his parents; loving wife, Angela Smith Jenkins; son, Allen Jenkins; sister, Joyce Perkins.
