Steven is survived by father Ricardo C. Conner; fiance Jenna Michelle Recuparo, brother Ramiro Conner, sister Paloma Conner, sister Jennifer A. Conner, brother Irving Adrian Espinoza Arreola, and sister Daryane Guadalupe Espinoza de Santiago and 6 nieces and nephews. Steven was preceded in death by mother Alma Fabiola Borrego Coronel. Steven proudly served in the United State Marine Corps. He was stationed in California but would come to El Paso to visit his family as often as he could.

A visitation for Steven will be held Sunday, July 11, 2021 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Funeraria Del Angel Evergreen East, 12400 East Montana, El Paso, TX 79938. A prayer service will occur at 6:00 PM, 12400 East Montana, El Paso, TX 79938. A funeral service will occur Monday, July 12, 2021 at 9:30 AM, 12400 East Montana, El Paso, TX 79938. A committal service will occur Monday, July 12, 2021 at 11:00 AM at Fort Bliss National Cemetery, 5200 Fred Wilson Ave, El Paso, Texas 79906.
