Born April 29, 1947 in Brooklyn, NY, she was the daughter of the late Francis Edward Cosgrove and Rosalie Cosgrove (Finn).
While always a “yankee” at heart, Rosalie made her way to El Paso in 1972 where she met her husband of 35 years, Neil Morriss Jones. With her experience from Wall Street, Rosalie worked in the banking and tax industry in El Paso for many years before having her two adoring daughters.
Rosalie, a loving wife and mother, was known for her entertaining stories, loyal friendship, and devotion to her friends and family. Cooking was her way of expressing her sweet disposition. Her pecan pies, buñuelos, and deviled eggs made her famous amongst friends and family.
Preceded in death is her husband Neil Morriss Jones. She is survived by daughter Jennifer Jones Kearney and husband John Daniel Jr. of Southlake, TX; daughter Leanne Jones Couch and husband Jason of Arlington, TX; grandchildren Keiran Neil Kearney, Michaela Rose Kearney, and Connor Morriss Couch; sister Regina Cisternino and husband John of Overland Park, KS.
