Luisa is survived by her son Julian Fierro (Ida); and her daughter Wanda Shelton (Rich); her sister Blasa, her sister Teresita, her sister Petra and her brother Cruz; her grandchild Felicia, her grandchild Roberto, her grandchild Crystal, her grandchild Britney, her grandchild Shelby, her great grandchild Haley, her great grandchild Nova and her great grandchild Harley.

Luisa was preceded in death by her mother Tomasa Mendoza and her father Cosme Mendoza; her brother Felipe; her brother Agapito and her brother George.

A visitation service for Luisa will be held Monday, October 14, 2024 from 11:00 AM to 2:00 PM at Funeraria Del Angel Hillcrest West Funeral Home, 5054 Doniphan Dr., El Paso, Texas 79932, followed by a vigil at 12:00 PM.
