He proudly served in Marine Corps and spent the rest of his career in Finance.
He was married to Laura Garcia from 1987 until his death. They had a beautiful family consisting of three children: Stephanie Vasquez, Vivian Vasquez, and Alex-Anne Vasquez; four grandchildren Mia Davis, Thea Davis, Aria Cortez and Ariel Cortez; his beloved sister Lorena Vasquez; his brother Gabriel Vasquez; and many nephews, nieces, extended family and friends.
Visitation for Lorenzo will be held Thursday, October 7, from 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM at Funeraria Del Angel Central, 3839 Montana Avenue, El Paso, Texas 79903, with Vigil at 7:00 PM. Funeral Mass will be held on Friday, October 8, 2021 at 9:00am at Guardian Angel Catholic Church, followed by a Committal service at Fort Bliss National Cemetery at 10:30am.
