Lily Raines, age 46, of El Paso, Texas passed away on Tuesday, September 8, 2020. Lily was born November 7, 1973 in Sun Valley, California to Maricela Segura and Carlos Ramirez.

Lily is survived by her husband, Johnny Raines; daughter Deborah Raines; daughter Brandie Raines; and son Jonathan Raines; father Carlos Ramirez and mother Maricela Segura; sister Sylvia Rosalez.

Lily was preceded in death by sister Diana Ramirez.

Lily is also survived by 6 grandchildren and numerous nieces, nephews, and uncles.

A visitation for Lily will be held Saturday, September 19, 2020 from 11:00 AM to 2:00 PM at Funeraria Del Angel Evergreen East, 12400 Montana Ave, El Paso, Texas 79938, followed by a chapel service at 12:00 PM.
