Kathleen Rovilla Taylor Dotson

In 1948 she graduated high school and married the love of her life Richard Allen Dotson on November 2. Together they had two beautiful daughters, Marta Dotson Baysden and Vickie Dotson Messex.

She was apart of many organizations such as the Eastern Star, Social Order of Beauceant, the Daughter of the Niles and the Lady of Shrine.

She was a wonderful wife, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother and great-great-grandmother who was always there when we needed her the most, offering her support, wisdom and love in abundance.

Kathleen is preceded in death by her loving husband Richard Allen Dotson, her parents Cecil & Eva Taylor, her brothers Basil, Paul and David Taylor, Sister Lou Etta Taylor Ward, son-in-law Dennis Messex, Grandson’s John Nagy & Michael Ray Baysden, Great Grandson’s Tyler Ray Baysden & Jeremiah Messex and Great Granddaughter’s Aniyah Adkins & Angel Marie Costello.

She is survived by her Daughter’s Marda Dotson Baysden who is partnered to Jeff Brown and Vickie Dotson Messex, Sister in law Carolyn Fiorella, Grandchildren Dennis II (Michelle) Messex, Misty Nagy & fiancé Tom, Deane Messex, Paul Adkins fiancé Amanda, Dustin (Lori) Messex and Kimberly Costello, Great Grandchildren, Courtney Adkins, Destiny Messex, Kirsten Messex, John (Elise) Nagy, Brendan (Kat) Nagy, Wyatt (Grace) Messex, Kaylia Costello, Audrey Messex, Kaitlynn (Matt) Figley, Madalynn Messex, Mathew Nagy, Cora Baysden, Hunter Messex, Alana Messex, Levi Messex and Derek Messex.

Eleven Great-great grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.

Services will be held at Funeraria del Angel Restlawn address 8817 Dyer St, El Paso, TX 79904 at 9:30 AM -12:15 PM with a committal service at 12:30 PM the 21st of November 2024.
