Syliva and Family, with sadness in my heart please accept my condolences. Although I did not know Julio very long, he was always nice and friendly to me. Every time we'd get together at gatherings, Julio always wanted to talk law enforcement. Lol!!! Seemed to be his favorite topic when he conversed with me.

As I recall, he was also a pretty good musician. I heard him play the xylophone one evening and I was amazed. I didn't realize he was that talented. Sang pretty good as well. He could play a variety of instruments. Rest in Peace, Julio.

Sylvia…Julio will forever be missed by myself and Lorenzo.  Will forever thank Pati for introducing you both to us…we will   miss seeing him walk his “girl”  Brandi. He was a great man.  Que Dios descanse en paz.
