Julio Valencia Diaz, age 82, of El Paso, Texas passed away on Monday, February 20, 2023. Julio was born in Mexico.

Julio is survived by his wife, Carmen T. Diaz; his son Jorge Julio Diaz (Catherine); his daughter Sylvia Beltran (Luis); his daughter Sandra Luz Silva; his daughter Leticia Tafoya; and his daughter Laura Elvira Garcia (Ernest Jr.). He is also survived by 12 grandchildren, 18 great-grandchildren, extended family and friends who will cherish his memory.
