Janice C Kelley

Janice Carter Kelley, 88, was called to heaven on November 25, 2022 after a short illness. Janice owned and operated Carter’s Flower Shop for almost 75 years and was preceded in death by her parents and 3 sisters. Janice is survived by her husband Willard (Bill), 5 children, 8 grandchildren, and 8 great grandchildren.

A memorial service will be held at Hillcrest Funeral Home, 1060 N. Carolina Drive, El Paso, 79915 on Saturday, January 14, 2023 from 2:00 - 5:00 pm. Prayer service will start at 2:30 pm.
