Inez D. Montes

Inez D. Montes, our precious mother, 84, went with our Lord on August 25, 2015. She was born to the late Baltazar and Maria Simental Delgado in El Paso, Texas on February 3, 1931, beloved wife of 61 years to the late Armando P. She was a loving and caring mother to six children; Darlene Irma (deceased), Evelyn, Peggy, Sandra, Armando, Jr., and Richard; grandmother to 11 grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren. Inez grew up in a close knit family with 4 brothers and 4 sisters. She received her education from Guardian Angel Catholic School and graduated from St. Joseph’s Academy where she excelled in her studies. Inez co-owned Golden Tours for 27 years with her husband. She was a devout Roman Catholic. Graced with this deep faith, she remained dignified through the toughest circumstances while battling cancer for many years. Always thinking of others before herself, she was the one to provide help without questioning. She was adored by her children and grandchildren for whom she would do anything.
