On Sunday, February 19, 2017, our beloved mother, Georgina Casillas Steymann Hernandez, surrounded by her loving family, went home to her father “Her Lord”. She has blessed our family immeasurably and she will be missed. She was born and raised in Sunset Heights, El Paso, TX, where she lived all her life. She met her husband Felipe J. Hernandez Vega at the age of 15 years old. She is survived by her children, Georgina E. Hernandez, Leticia Navarrete (Dr. John), Felipe E. Hernandez (Titi), Ricky Hernandez (Marianne) and Natalia Chambers (Todd), her sister Magdalena Bustamante (Kiki), 13 Grandchildren, 17 Great Grandchildren and 7 Great Great Grandchildren.
Visitation will be held Friday, February 24, 2017 at Martin Funeral Home – West from 5 p.m. – 9 p.m. with a Rosary at 6 p.m. Memorial Mass will be held Saturday, February 25, 2017 at 11 a.m. at Holy Family Catholic Church.
