Elva Sosa Navarro, age 87 passed away on Saturday, April 8, 2023.
A visitation for Elva will be held Tuesday, April 25, 2023 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at Funeraria del Angel Central, 3839 Montana Ave, El Paso, TX 79903. Following the visitation will be a graveside service at 2:30 PM at Fort Bliss National Cemetery, 5200 Fred Wilson Ave, Fort Bliss, Texas 79906.
