Edwardo was blessed to be a blessing active partner with Project 1511 helping needy families and children in the El Paso Area.
Edwardo is survived by his wife Elvira Wong Olivarez, children: David Luis. and Vivian Beatriz Olivarez, grandchild Adalynn Luisa Olivarez, parents: Juan and Beatriz Olivarez, Siblings: Juan, Oscar, and Lizette Olivarez
