David Hernandez 88, passed away on Tuesday, April 29, 2014 in El Paso, Texas. He is preceded in death by his wife and survived by his children: Maria Del Carmen Hernandez, Sofia Dolores Carpio, Jose David Hernandez, Michael Anthony Hernandez, Carlos Felipe Hernandez, Stefanie Anne Koch, Marta Isabel Wright and Rebecca Irene St. Amand; 30 grandchildren,19 great grandchildren and brothers: Jesus Hernandez & Richard Hernandez. Visitation will be from 5:00 to 9:00 pm on Monday, May 5, 2014 at Hillcrest Funeral Home-Carolina with a Vigil Service at 7:00 pm. Mass of Christian Burial will be at 9:30 am on Tuesday, May 6, 2014 at St. Pius X Catholic Church. Rite of Committal will follow at 11:00 am at Fort Bliss National Cemetery.
